Lovely Molly Sims is off the market.

The actress/model/designer is engaged to Hollywood producer Scott Stuber.

Sims, 38, has dated Stuber, 42, for a year-and-a-half.

PEOPLE first reported news of the couple's engagement and says Stuber popped the question during the weekend of May 20 and that as a bonus, he flew her parents to Los Angeles to celebrate the occasion.

Sims  -- a native of Kentucky -- is best known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues and her role as Delinda Deline in the NBC drama Las Vegas.
