Little Josie Duggar has struggled since being born five months prematurely but when her parents left the country recently they learned the frightening news that their “littlest little” had been rushed back to the hospital.

In this sneak peak video from the upcoming 19 Kids and Counting episode obtained by RadarOnline.com Jim Bob and Michelle share the fear they felt when they learned Josie was taken away from their home in an ambulance.

“Josie spiked a high temperature,” dad Jim Bob Duggar said.  “She had a seizure and it lasted for a long time.”

The Duggar parents were out of the country in El Salvador and Jim Bob expressed their extreme emotions:  “There is nothing to do and we feel totally helpless.”

Michelle recounted how she felt when she heard the news that Josie’s older sister Jill had taken her to the hospital.  “I was shocked and I was in tears,” she said.

She recounts that she prayed over the phone to her little daughter, saying: “Father, we ask that you would give doctors wisdom to find a cure for little Josie.”
