After six weeks in Italy, the cast of Jersey Shore got a special treat Monday: R&R with the family.

Snooki, J-WOWW, The Situation and the gang, who returned to Seaside Heights Sunday, were reunited with their loved ones at a private party at Captain Hook's, a popular bar in the area.

It was emotional day all-around for Snooki – not only was she reunited with her current boyfriend Jionni LaValleas, but she also shared tender moments with her father Andy at the get-together.

As we previously reported, recent rumors of MTV replacing the star-studded cast turned out to be bogus.

"We love the present cast and their summer adventures have just begun," an MTV spokesperson said in a statement. "We currently have no plans to recast the show."

The fourth season of Jersey Shore is set to premiere later this  year.
