Kelsey And Camille Grammer Heading For Bitter Custody Trial In Court

Kelsey and Camille Grammer are headed to a custody trial over their two children, Mason and Jude, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
Following a preliminary hearing Thursday morning a Los Angeles judge ordered both side’s attorneys back to court on August 9, for an evidentiary hearing.
Neither Kelsey or Camille were in court for the preliminary.
Kelsey's attorneys wanted 120 days for a custody evaluation to be completed, which Camille's attorneys balked at because they claim that was too much time, and the judge agreed with Camille’s camp.
Both sides are coming back on July 27, 2011 to discuss school arrangements for their son Jude.
Jude has had to repeat kindergarten twice, and Camille wants to put him in public school in the fall.
The judge also said that no third parties can stay in their vacation homes without the written permission of Kelsey and Camille.
