Stars were out and about all over the world this week dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions—and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly fashion feature!

Blake Lively was the queen of the style scene this week, promoting her summer blockbuster Green Lantern in smashing fashion. The Gossip Girl, who took a break from her new beau Leonardo DiCaprio to hang out with her family at the Los Angeles premiere of the DC Comics film, looked white hot in a gorgeously embroidered Chanel Couture gown, which showed off her legs-for-miles to perfection!

Ice-T’s curvy wife and recent reality star Coco Austin hit the Formula 1 Grand Prix in a racy ensemble—though her look was WAY more tacky than tasteful.  The bootyful and boobilicious blonde left little to the imagination in her skintight turquoise jeans and colorful croptop. 

And Ke$ha beat out Lady Gaga for the wackiest look of the week, hitting the swanky amfAR Inspiration Gala in NYC—totally exposing her bum!
