Hollywood's hottest chart-toppers were in Las Vegas on Sunday for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, showing off their individuality in the best, worst and wackiest fashions and RadarOnline.com has all of the style winners and sinners in this special feature.

Taylor Swift may have dazzled in her gorgeously beaded, Elie Saab strapless gown, but the real bombshell of the night was Justin Bieber's gal pal Selena Gomez.  The Disney star sizzled beyond belief in a sweet heart strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown, which featured skin-tilating side cutouts.  Selena paired the sexy dress with Neil Lane bling and red hot Giuseppe Zanotti sandals, scoring herself the best look of the night!

Fergie may have one of the hottest bodies on the stage, but the Black Eyed Pea failed to bring Fergilicious fashion to the show.  Wearing a Herve Leger peplum harness--yes, harness--dress with the frightfully high Christian Louboutin Daffodil pumps and an Alexander McQueen clutch, the pop-star looked a little too S&M for our taste--and probably even for Rihanna's!

And it was no shock that Nicki Minaj upped the wacky factor!  The sassy songbird rocked two Mark Fast looks, on the red carpet and then on the stage, and each equally showed off her bubble booty and eclectic spirit to perfection!
