From the world premiere of Johnny Depp's latest Pirates flick to the Kentucky Derby, Hollywood's hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock over the weekend dressed in the best, worst & wackiest fashions--and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly feature.

Penelope Cruz reigned the Disneyland premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, wearing a gorgeous gown fit for a princess. Her custom created Marchesa design, featured a strapless feathered neckline and was impeccably embroidered from top to bottom.

As for the worst look of the weekend, Ashley Olsen committed a serious fashion fur pas in NYC, dressed in kill (and not to thrill) pairing sequin harem pants with a white top, a blue and white striped raccoon-looking scarf, and color-splashed booties.

Lady Gaga snagged the wackiest look of the weekend (no surprise there!) leaving little to the imagination in an electric blue Mugler dress and towering platforms, covering up her nips with coordinating tape.
