Mark Ballas continues to strut his stuff on season 12 of Dancing with the Stars, but before Chelsea Kane was on his side, one of his first dancing partners was another blonde -- a young Julianne Hough!
Before Mark found his calling on the ballroom floor, he had his first professional photo session as a tiny tot, and RadarOnline.com can exclusively bring you the photos!
A baby Mark was well behaved and loved being in front of the camera. And RadarOnline.com was told that every time they dimmed the lights tiny Mark cried -- because he wanted the camera to keep snapping away!
As Mark grew up he enrolled in stage school from age four to 11, and ever the studious pupil he even gave up his weekends to learn the craft that would soon make him a household name.
Believe it or not, there were only two boys in the class and Mark thought he was the star because he danced with all the girls, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Mark and Julianne Hough even met -- and danced together -- as youngsters. One photo shows the two paired up at one of Julianne's first ballroom competitions. She was a beginner, while Mark was already the Juvenile (under 12) Champion!

And look at that head of hair! In Mark's school portrait, RadarOnline.com was told the hoofing hottie hated his hairdo -- because his mom had to blow dry it every day and it would take at least 20 minutes!
From dancing to singing, Mark is a true renaissance man, whose debut solo album, HurtLoveBox, is being released by Sony Red.
Mark's passion project is an intimate, personal journey of the trials and tribulations of life and relationships, and he not only wrote and sang the songs, but he also played the guitar!
