Bachelorette beauty Ali Fedotowski got banged up in a kayak accident over the weekend and had to be taken to the hospital for treatment.

Fedotowski was kayaking with her fiancé Roberto Martinez and some friends in La Jolla, California Sunday when she fell into the water and hit her head.

The pretty blonde took to her Twitter account to tell her fans about her hair-raising experience.

She wrote:  " I think I freaked out more when the doctor cut my hair rather than when he put staples into my head. Lol. Very thankful to be ok :)

Made it out of the ER w/staples in my head & a little less hair after falling out of a kayak. Scary stuff. Wearing a helmet next time. "

The popular reality star will be no doubt be hoping that her hair grows back for her wedding day and that she isn’t left with any visible scars either.

She told People recently: “We want to get married!   We don't feel pressured at all. We just want it to happen.”

Despite the hoopla that comes with any 'Bachelor' relationship,  Martinez claims that his bride-to-be is not being demanding when it comes to their wedding plans either.

He said: “She's not a bridezilla, thank god - I'd be scared to death if she was, but no, she's awesome.”

The happy couple - who currently reside in San Diego - also revealed at the Reality Rocks event in Los Angeles on Saturday night that they might re-locate to Florida once they get married.
