From the red carpet to the streets, star were out in full fashion force on Tuesday dressed in the best & worst fashions -- and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our daily feature.

Anne Hathaway was dressed to thrill at the Brazil premiere of her animated film Rio, looking sensationally springy is a leggy look.  The Love and Other Drugs star paired a flirty, lace-embroidered mini dress with splashy blue and black peep-toe platforms, finishing the look off with a snaky clutch.

Over in NYC, Boardwalk Empire bad girl Paz de la Huerta brought her eccentric sense of fashion to the streets.  Wearing a scarf over a fur coat, over a dress, over tights with Melissa plastic rain booties, the sultry star landed herself worst-dressed-of-the-day status!

Katie Holmes was a black and white babe at the NYC premiere of her short film The Decision. Mrs. Tom Cruise looked polished and put together, pairing a Stella McCartney blazer with clamdigger pants and Dolce & Gabbana polka dot heels.

Brooklyn Decker looked sassy in stripes after her makeover with Ted Gibson in Miami, while Bryce Dallas Howard got pretty in pink in Reem Acra for the Los Angeles premiere of The Ceremony.

Other fashion flops included Kelly Lynch, who showed off her bra in a see through LBD at the Los Angeles premiere of His Way, and David Hasselhoff who stepped out in London, showing his love for the Brits in overly patriotic fashions.
