The father of The 5 Browns music group has been sentenced to 10 years to life behind bars for sexually abusing his daughters, RadarOnline.com can report.
Keith Brown, 55, pled guilty to one count of sodomy on a child and two counts of sexual abuse after assaulting his children for eight long years.
The daughters, who are now adults, reported the abuse - which began in 1990 - to authorities in 2010 after learning of their father's plans to mentor other children.
Judge David Mortensen sentenced Brown at Utah court house saying: "I think it's obvious a home should be a refuge and a safe place, and that a parent should be a protector."
