Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson threw their usual caution to the wind and danced like they didn't care who was watching at a pre-Oscar party. The bash was an A-List event at the Chateau Marmont, RadarOnline.com has learned, and it lasted well into Saturday morning.

The Twilight on-and-off-screen lovers "definitely kissed a few times," Us magazine reports in breaking the story.

The couple had their hands in the air, a source says, and they never left the dance floor.

Miley Cyrus, Scarlett Johansson and Halle Berry also stopped in to the super-hip party.

Stewart and Pattinson were just back from Vancouver where they were shooting scenes for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2.
