FIRST PHOTOS: David Arquette In The Driver's Seat Post-Rehab

David Arquette was snapped chatting on his cell phone and not wearing a seat belt as he left his therapist's office in Los Angeles on Monday -- these are the first pictures of the Scream star since he recently left rehab.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the talented actor/director/producer was treated for four weeks at the famed Betty Ford Center for "alcohol and other issues" before being released this past weekend.

Arquette, 39, and wife Courteney Cox, 46, took a break from their marriage late last year, and in the weeks after their split, he spilled his heart out to Howard Stern on his radio show, and was repeatedly seen partying it up with a bevy of beauties.

The couple, who have a 6-year-old daughter Coco, have not filed for divorce. Although the couple has stated they love and support each other, it's not known if they plan to reconcile.
