EXCLUSIVE: Jaime Pressly Waiting For DUI Blood Test Results

Jaime Pressly is waiting for blood test results in her DUI case and believes those results will be significantly lower than the .22 she registered in the field, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The My Name Is Earl beauty was officially charged Tuesday with driving under the influence. She was arrested January 6, 2011.
"Jaime's blood test results aren't back yet," a source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com. "Jaime did register a .22 on a portable breathalyzer test that was given to her before she was arrested.
"The portable breathalyzer results always read higher. Most people don't realize they don't have to take the test. In California it's an option, not required, and it's not considered a refusal if the person hasn't been arrested."
If convicted of the charges, Pressly could face up to six months in jail.
It's been a rough few months for the star, who filed for divorce from her husband in January, and has several tax liens pending against her.
