Former Bond babe Arterton scored a deal with denim brand G-Star, and will serve as the face of their Spring 2011 campaign.  The striking photos were shot by The American director Anton Corbijn in black and white.

"I feel like a tough girl in a fancy frock sometimes, and I think G-Star is the same," she said of her work with the fashion company.

"I like the contradiction between glamour and durability. Sometimes people are shocked when they meet me because of this contradiction."

Congrats, girls, on the new gigs.
