Mariah Carey showed off her growing baby bump while leaving a doctor's appointment in Los Angeles Thursday, and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures for you.

The Vision of Love singer, who's expecting twins with hubby Nick Cannon, was a vision of pregnancy in her all-black get-up of a sheer maternity top, sweatshirt and stretchy pants.

The Grammy-winning singer, 40, told photographers she has indeed picked out some names for her forthcoming little ones, but stopped short of saying what they are.
