Lindsay Lohan began planning her comeback before she was even sentenced to her 90 days of rehab at the Betty Ford Center.  She sat for a glam photo session in August, and you can see the stunning images here on RadarOnline.com.

The photo session took place August 10 with Australian fashion photographer Benn Jaye behind the camera.

Lindsay was reportedly very quiet yet professional, according to art director Albert Reed.  As the shoot wrapped, she shared with the crew, "this is for my comeback."

Lohan had just completed a stint at UCLA Medical Center when she posed for the pictures.

But as RadarOnline.com has reported, she fell off the wagon again, and on October 22 was sentenced to the 90 days in rehab.

Her comeback efforts start January 3 when she walks out the door of the Betty Ford Center, having completed her court-ordered stay.

Her next scheduled court appearance is Feb. 25.
