Jewel Pregnant With First Child

Singer Jewel said she and her husband, rodeo cowboy Ty Murray, are expecting their first child, RadarOnline.com has learned.
"I took a pregnancy test and it was positive!" she told People Tuesday. "It was so hard to keep it a secret. I was worried I'd start throwing up on set and everyone would be like, 'Oh, she's pregnant.'"
Murray, 41, told the magazine he's "excited," and both he and his wife "always knew we wanted to have a child, and this time in our lives feels right."
The Who Will Save Your Soul? singer, 36, and Murray said they've been trying to conceive since 2009, after their wedding in the Bahamas in 2008.
Jewel currently stars alongside ex-American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi on Bravo's Going Platinum.
