EXCLUSIVE: David Arquette Quits Boozy Business To Concentrate On Sobriety

David Arquette has "dissolved" his business partnership with Jeff Beacher and their Beacher's Madhouse theater show at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The troubled actor and estranged husband of Courteney Cox left rehab Sunday after seeking treatment for what his rep said was for "alcohol and other issues."

"David and Jeff have dissolved their partnership," a rep for the 39-year-old confirmed to RadarOnline.com, exclusively.

"David remains a big fan of  the Beacher's Madhouse Show and the Roosevelt Hotel, (but) he is concentrating on his health and well being right now."

Arquette had checked into the Betty Ford Center at the beginning of January.

The actor moved into a live-in rehab facility to address a booze problem following a New Year's Eve party at Beacher's Madhouse, the alcohol-soaked venue which features a "Flying Midget bartender" and has the "atmosphere of a circus" according to its website.

While the Scream star was sober there, it was a sudden change in behavior from just a few weeks earlier when he was "wasted" at a seedy Los Angeles club and spent thousands of dollars on lap dances with strippers.
