Ryan Seacrest premiered the new single, On The Floor, from his American Idol colleague Jennifer Lopez on his KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday, just a day before the stars get ready for a new era in the Fox hit.

The dance song -- which includes interludes from Miami rapper Pitbull -- is the latest from ace producer Red One, who produced Lady Gaga's smash hits Poker Face and Bad Romance.
Lopez has topped the charts in years past with songs such as If You Had My Love, Ain't It Good and I'm Real.
American Idol begins its' tenth season Wednesday at 8/7c .
