Ryan Seacrest premiered the new single, On The Floor, from his American Idol colleague Jennifer Lopez on his KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday, just a day before the stars get ready for a new era in the Fox hit.

The dance song -- which includes interludes from Miami rapper Pitbull -- is the latest from ace producer Red One, who produced Lady Gaga's smash hits Poker Face and Bad Romance.
