Newly-engaged songstress Shania Twain sported a massive a 3-carat, emerald-cut rock worth an estimated $100,000 while dining at a New York restaurant recently, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The 45-year-old beauty was seen at Serafina's Fabulous Grill, according to US Magazine, with her fiancée Frederic Thiebaud -- and an eyewitness told the magazine she “was glowing while showing off her ring."
"I'm in love!" Twain wrote earlier this week in a letter addressed to her fan base.
"Frederic Nicolas Thiebaud has been a true gift to me as a compassionate, understanding friend and over time, an amazing love has blossomed from this precious friendship. Fred and I are happy to announce, our ENGAGEMENT!"
