If you're a mere mortal (like us) you probably bump into your pals at the grocery store or post office, but when you're an A-list celeb, you apparently bump into each other in more exotic locales -- like Cabo!

On Tuesday, Oscar winner George Clooney ran into Cameron Diaz, boyfriend Alex Rodriguez and his daughter Natasha enjoying lunch in sun-kissed Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Just like Diaz and A-Rod, The American star is enjoying a laid-back Cabo vacation with his Italian girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis and her parents.
