From London to Los Angeles, stars were out in full force on Monday dressed in fab and faux pas fashions, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our daily feature.

Reese Witherspoon brought her sweetheart style to the Los Angeles premiere of her holiday movie How Do You Know. The blonde babe (who should be sporting some bling on her ring finger sometime in the near future!) hit the red carpet in a curve hugging Zac Posen mini from the Spring 2011 collection, which featured sheer panels and pink feather details. Paired with YSL Tribtoo black patent pumps, Reese was definitely dressed to thrill!

Just when we thought we had seen the worst of it (it being Cher’s nipple disaster in Madrid) the Burlesque star hit the press line at the London premiere of her dancing movie in totally hideous fashion. Wearing an orange wig a la Vivienne Westwood and an ill-fitting, too revealing Julien Macdonald dress, the icon took the look to an all time low, by revealing strips of tape on her neck.

Christina Aguilera wasn’t exactly dressed to impress either, experiencing a fashion fur pas wearing a not so haute coat over her Zuhair Murad side draped cocktail dress. Thankfully Kristen Bell was in full bloom with her Resort 2011 Stella McCartney dress.

Gwyneth Paltrow rocked a white hot Monique Lhuillier cocktail dress to receive her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, while Michelle Williams looked fem and fab in Christian Dior at an NYC screening of Blue Valentine.

And Katy Perry followed Kate Middleton’s cue and hit the 2nd Annual David Lunch Foundation’s Change Begins Within Benefit Celebration in NYC wearing a dazzling, one-shoulder, sequin Issa gown.

Who else rocked and shocked on the fashion front? Find out in RadarOnline.com’s daily fashion feature.
