Her heart was bruised after her breakup with The Bachelor Jake Pavelka but Vienna Giradi was more concerned with protecting her butt during a recent snowboarding trip in Breckenridge, Colorado.
RadarOnline.com has the exclusive video which proves the reality star isn’t afraid of making an fool of herself as she gets her first ever snowboarding lesson from friend and former Bachelorette winner, Jesse Csincsak.
The homemade video shows Giradi literally hitting the slopes as Csincsak attempts to teach her the ropes, and her bumpy start left her begging for some added protection.
“Vienna did great actually. She is a natural athlete, but you aren’t learning if you aren’t falling,” Csincsak told RadarOnline.com. “But I think she was aching in places she didn’t even know existed.
“So when my wife made reference to the fact I wear butt pads she was like, ‘What? You have butt pads? I want butt pads too.’ She ended up borrowing a pair for her second day and needless to say she was much more comfortable.”

And Giradi isn’t the only person Csincsak is excited about teaching to snowboard.
“I can’t wait for my son to be born,” he said about his first child, which is due at the end of January. “As soon as he can walk I’ll be strapping on a snowboard.
“Instructors don’t tend to want to teach kids until they are out of diapers. But since it’s my own son, I won’t mind cleaning up his poop.”
