It was just one of the revelations the actress made during her chat with Handler for her Chelsea's Big Interview Special.

Paltrow joined Christina Aguilera and Anne Hathaway for a series of one-on-one interviews that make up the special.

The subject of her alcohol consumption came up because of Paltrow's upcoming movie, Country Strong, where she plays a fallen singer who battles the bottle.

"I like red wine. It's my favorite," Paltrow revealed. "I'll drink white wine, rose. Guinness is my beer...dirty vodka martinis. I'm just a lush," she laughed.

All kidding aside, Paltrow said she'd emailed Robert Downey Jr. with questions about addiction and he responded with a heartfelt, detailed message that Paltrow deeply appreciated.

You can see the entire conversation when Chelsea's Big Interview Special airs Monday, November 22 at 10 pm on E!
