Glee creator Ryan Murphy told People Paltrow was "such a professional" in preparing for the episode, in which she plays a substitute teacher.
"She loved it, actually," he said. "She's just the best. She's the easiest, breeziest girl around. She was so prepared, she worked so hard."

The 38-year-old beauty's been gearing up her musical chops for the better part of 2010, as she performed Country Strong -- the title track from her upcoming film in which she plays a singer -- at last week's Country Music Association Awards.
Paltrow's Glee episode airs on Fox Tuesday at 8/7c, while Country Strong, which co-stars Tim McGraw, hits theaters January 7.
