Charlie Sheen Files For Divorce From Brooke Mueller

Nearly a year after their holiday incident in Colorado, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller’s split will soon become official.

As People reported first, the actor filed for divorce on Monday. According to the papers, the couple was separated on December 25, 2009.
The actor is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two children and requests that the attorney fees be paid by Mueller. Sheen is also asking the court to not give Mueller spousal support.
The court docs state that, “Petitioner is unaware of the exact nature and extent of the assets and debts and will seek leave of court to amend this Petition when same has been ascertained. All assets confirmed to Petitioner in pre-marital agreement."
