Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino could dodge no grenades on Monday's Dancing With The Stars, as the reality star received a night-low 28 out of 60 possible points for his tango, which judge Bruno Tonioli dubbed "a terrible mess."

Even showing off his famed six-pack couldn't salvage The Situation’s routine with partner Karina Smirnoff, which judge Len Goodman aptly summed up as "consistent -- it was bad throughout."
Unlike some past contestants (We're looking at you, Michael Bolton) The Sitch took the browbeating in stride, staying upbeat after the rough segment as he joked, "There’s definitely a situation."
In the meantime, Jennifer Grey continued her torrid run on the show, which altered its format -- and its stage -- for Monday's program, as the couples were judged separately for the technical aspects of their dance, and the actual performance itself, on a stage that was round and raised.
Grey's tango earned the Dirty Dancing star a strong 56 out of 60 possible points, which was good enough to win the night over Brandy (48 points) and Audrina Patridge (46 points).
We'll see if The Situation's run on the ABC hit has come to an end when Dancing With The Stars continues Tuesday at 9/8c on ABC. In the meantime, new episodes of Jersey Shore air on MTV Thursdays at 10/9c.
