The Real Housewives Of Atlanta Get Some NFL Action On Sunday

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss will feature her new lover, NFL star Willis McGahee on the new series of the popular reality show, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
Burruss’ friends and family are hoping that her relationship with the 28-year-old Baltimore Ravens running-back will help mend her broken heart following the tragic death of her fiancée Ashley ‘A.J.’ Jewell last year.

Jewell – who also appeared in the reality show – died October 2, 2009 at Piedmont Hospital following a fight he had in the parking lot of Body Tap, a West Atlanta strip club Jewell partly owned.

Burruss, an R&B singer who fronted the '90s group Xscape, was left devastated by Jewell’s death.
She wrote on Twitter shortly afterwards: “im just in one of those moods where i dont wanna talk, i dont wanna b held & told its gonna b ok. i just wanna cry myself 2 sleep, alone,”
But handsome six-feet-tall McGahee has been helping put a smile back on Burruss’ face and her fellow cast members are backing the new romance.
“Kandi is very happy and has been dating Willis McGahee for several weeks now,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
“Viewers will see their romance develop in the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and the cast and crew are happy for her after what happened to A.J.
“Willis has a baby with another woman but their relationship was already over before he started seeing Kandi.”

And it appears Burruss isn’t the only one dating a famous football player. “Everyone is laughing about it on the show because both Kim and NeNe are dating NFL players too,” says the source.
Kim Zolciak is currently dating 25-year-old Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann while NeNe is also reportedly involved with another NFL player, Charles Grant.
And with concerns of Kim and NeNe possibly leaving the show, the show’s producers are “spreading the wealth” so-to-speak with the story lines in the upcoming season.
“Producers of the show want to give both Kandi and Phaedra Parks stronger story lines in the new season because they are worried that Kim and NeNe could quit the show.

Model Cynthia Bailey and entertainment lawyer Phaedra Parks will join NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak, Kandi Burruss and Sheree Whitfield for the show's third season - Lisa Wu Hartwell is exiting the show.
The source goes on to say, “But you never know with Kim and NeNe - they are experts at grabbing attention and you can expect some real fireworks this season!”
