It was spooky Saturday night in Hollywood as stars haunted the red carpet of the 2010 Scream Awards in the Best, Worst & Wackiest fashions. RadarOnline.com has all the sexy and scary photos from the horror-ific awards show, which will air on SPIKE Tuesday, October 19th at 9PM.

Kristen Stewart turned heads when she hit the stage in a super edgy and sexy black and white mini from GUiSHEM by Guillermo M. Jop, which she paired with Giuseppe Zanotti heels. Joined by her costar Nikki Reed, who rocked another divine dress from alice + olivia by Stacy Bendet, the Twilight babe accepted her award in truly chic fashion.

Blake Lively was definitely thinking outside of the box, in flawless style icon form, wearing a dramatic grey gown from Lanvin, which was sexily slit in the front and featured leather harness-like detail.

M.I.A., who performed at the show, hit the red carpet in wacky stealth style -- well sort of! Though her face was completely covered in a cape-like getup, the loud and graphic print made it impossible to notice the Paper Planes singer.
