Anna Paquin dropped jaws at the 2010 Emmy Awards on Sunday night, walking down the red carpet in a Grecian inspired gown from Alexander McQueen. Because the gold embellished number, which was shorter in front and longer in the back, grabbed most of the attention, her afterparty frock almost went unnoticed. The True Blood star changed into a short and tight Alexander McQueen cocktail dress for the HBO party at the Pacific Design Center, which looked quite familiar to the RadarOnline.com fashion team.

Anna paired the angular-shouldered crepe dress, which featured an impeccably draped skirt, with an Alexander McQueen “Brittania Punk Skull” clutch and Yves Saint Laurent Tribute platforms.

Did Anna know that Salma Hayek wore the exact same Alexander McQueen stunner -- in bright purple -- during an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman. The spicy star paired the designer dud with nude patent leather Yves Saint Laurent Trib Two’s and aviator shades.
