Actor Charlie Sheen was as jovial as we've seen him in awhile Tuesday night in Beverly Hills, where the Two and a Half Men star dined at swanky restaurant Mr. Chow with TV execs including CBS head Les Moonves.
The actor, who celebrated his 45th birthday last week, went casual in a brown button-up shirt and jeans. He smiled as he hung out for a while outside the restaurant, signing autographs for nearby fans after the business meeting.

Despite Charlie's mounting problems in the past year -- including two cars thrown off a cliff and a Christmas Day arrest following an attack on his wife -- the funnyman has reason to smile, as CBS is reportedly paying him $1.25 million an episode for his work on the hit sitcom, TV's highest salary for a comedy actor.
Two and a Half Men’s season premiere airs September 20 at 9/8c on CBS.
