Judge Bruno Tonioli stole the show with his over-the-top barbs on Monday night's episode of Dancing With The Stars, as the judge had no mercy for any missteps in the second week of ABC’s ballroom hit.

Teen celibacy advocate Bristol Palin showed marked improvement in a week's time, gaining 22 out of 30 points with her quick step as her mother, former vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, watched from the crowd.
"It felt a lot better having her here," Bristol told RadarOnline.com exclusively of her mother's presence at the Hollywood studios during Monday's taping. "She definitely calms me down."
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino also showed that he's been spending more time on his dance moves than his GTL swag, as he rallied to a respectable 18 of 30 points with the quick step. He told us that his time in the City of Angels hasn't been the bachelor's paradise one would assume.
"I haven't gone out at all yet and I've been in L. A. for two or three weeks," The Sitch told us exclusively, adding all he does is practice and sleep.
While Bristol and The Sitch look to be proving their doubters wrong, the story of the night may have been Michael Bolton, who crawled out of a literal dog house to begin his set to Elvis Presley's Hound Dog -- only to step in a mess when it was time for the judges to give their appraisals.
"You should take the bone and go back into the dog house ... you did it all very, very, very badly -- this is the worst jive in 11 seasons," Tonioli told the Soul Provider singer, which prompted fellow judge Len Goodman to tell Tonioli to cool it.
Bolton -- whose canine-inspired calamity of a dance earned him 12 points -- kept his cool demeanor and optimism after the show. He told RadarOnline.com that the embarrassing outing represents a "challenge" he's willing to work at.
Tonioli may have come off worse, however, as dancers and contestants raised their eyebrows at the snarky bullets he fired at Bolton.
Dancer Louis Van Amstel told us he was "very happy for Len to call out Bruno and say, 'You gotta calm it down,'" while Brady Bunch mom Florence Henderson, who was also at the end of a verbal razzing from Tonioli, said she'd "like to see Bruno's quick step."
With 24 points, Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey received the highest score for the second week in a row.
The results edition of Dancing With The Stars airs Tuesday at 9/8c on ABC.
