VIDEO: Paris Hilton Channels Marilyn Monroe For Perfume Launch Party

Paris Hilton celebrated the launch of her new perfume Tease Tuesday night at Hollywood hotspot MyStudio Nightclub, by paying homage to Marilyn Monroe in a curve-hugging Herve Leger dress, Christian Louboutin stilettos and a hairdo matching that of the Tinseltown great.

The Stars Are Blind singer told us that Monroe inspired her to name the new perfume Tease.

"I just thought for Marilyn Monroe, calling her a tease was something fun, because she was such a flirt," Hilton told us. "She was so confident in just the way that she moved and the way the camera loved her.”

Hilton said that Monroe has always been iconic to her.

“I have loved her ever since I was a little girl,” she said. “I just thought she was the most beautiful woman, the camera loved her and on-screen she was like no one else."

Hilton said her new fragrance is already a top seller at Macy’s department stores, and she’ll be releasing another this winter. She added that she’s had a great summer touring the world with her family, and is currently putting the finishing touches on an upcoming album.

“I’m really working hard on it,” she said.

Also seen at the swanky soiree were Piers Morgan and Adrian Grenier, as well as the socialite's rumored new man, Cy Waits.
