Gossip Girl hunk Penn Badgley and 30 Rock cutie Katrina Bowden were amongst the celebs that spent a beautiful New York night on Wednesday at the swanky Standard hotel for the Target Kaleidoscope Fashion Spectacular.

The exclusive VIP viewing party lived up to it’s colorful name with a 20-minute light show with dancers and models grooving in different windows, NBC New York reported. 

Joining the hot young hipsters were Weeds star Mary Louise Parker and Project Runway judge Nina Garcia.
