A two-time contestant on the ABC reality TV show The Bachelor was charged with driving drunk Thursday morning in Tampa, Florida, and RadarOnline.com has details.
Maribel Delgado, 42, - who won the sixth season of The Bachelor - was arrested around 12:45 a.m. ET, according to authorities.
Delgado - a former cheerleader with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers - was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence. She refused a blood alcohol test, and was later released on $500 bail.
Delgado was a contestant on The Bachelor both in 2003 and 2004. In her second appearance on the show, she was ultimately proposed to by 'Bachelor' Byron Velvick, a professional bass fisherman from Nevada.
This isn't Delgado's first run-in with the law. She was arrested in 2007 in Seminole, Florida on battery charges for allegedly punching Velvick in the face.
The couple never married and later went their separate ways.
