Jessica Biel is one of our favorite fashionistas, because she manages to blend together timeless sophistication with modern a la mode flawlessly. The A-Team stunner was spotted in London on Monday, wearing an intricately ruffled, short-sleeved blouse with a pastel lime peplum skirt and Roger Vivier Belle Vivier ballet flats, resulting in our fave look of the day!

Just call Madonna the “too much” Material Girl.  The iconic superstar popped up on our RadarOnline.com in the British metropolis, wearing a whole lot of black in unflattering fashion!  Also overseas was Knight and Day beauty Cameron Diaz, who rocked a cropped Chanel coat from the Spring 2010 collection with blue jeans and a Chanel bag, for a desperately Eurochic look.

Meg Ryan fell to the frump once again, wearing a black skirt over loose slacks, while Naomi Watts kept cool in casually chic duds in NYC.  On the red carpet...Patricia Clarkson looked Dolce & Gabbana divine in a lace strapless at the New York premiere of Cairo Time and Hayley Hasselhoff showed off her covetable curves, while promoting her show Huge, wearing a white bell-sleeved mini with retro-looking platforms.
