Target celebrated the launch of their new store in East Harlem on Tuesday night, with a fancy shopping event that attracted the likes of a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Gossip Girl and a Real Housewife.  All the lovely ladies were dressed up in the hautist summer fashions, but only one deserved the top honors of the evening...

Selita Ebanks is one of the sexiest catwalk crawlers on our Radar.  The sizzling swimsuit model proved that high style doesn’t have to be complicated, wearing a whispery summer tunic dress with a gorgeous gold necklace and watch, finishing the look off with tan peep-toes.

Bethenny Frankel showed off her post-baby bod in a form-fitting red dress, while Elizabeth Banks was clad in a flutter-sleeved black and white frock. Floral was definitely the hot print of the evening, with several lovely ladies opting for summer dresses in brightly hued color palates.

Only one of the snazzy stars dominated the red carpet, and you will be shocked to find out who it was!
