While celebrities are trendsetters off the set, some shows create fashion buzz from the on set looks created by costume designers.
Recently, the 2010 Emmy Nominees for Outstanding Costumes were honored at the kick off to the 5th annual FIDM Museum and Galleries presentation of "The Outstanding Art of Television Costume Design" highlighting top looks from the current slate of top shows.
From Joan Allen's Georgia O'Keeffe wardrobe to the gorgeous frocks of the Mad Men ladies, the FIDM Museum & Galleries on the Park were filled with displays of mannequins decked out in iconic creations.

The top costume designers were on hand to check out each other's work and fete their contributions to the industry.
From Glee's Lou Eyrich to Mad Men's Janie Bryant to True Blood's Audrey Fisher, the industry's most creative minds came together for a night of celebration. Other displays on hand included costumes from Pushing Daisies, Big Love, True Blood, Bones, Justified, Treme and Amish Grace.
