RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Staub’s ex, Stephen Zalewski, is suing the reality TV star for defamation of character and harassment.
In the suit being filed Thursday in Morris County Superior Court in New Jersey, Zalewski claims Staub’s comments on the show regarding the sex tape are outright false.

The suit says that in the episode titled “Play at Your Own Risk”, Staub claims that Zalewski had filmed the sex tape without her knowledge or consent.
Zwaleski’s attorney, Nace Naumoski, tells us exclusively that Staub absolutely knew about the sex tape - and had even filmed parts of it herself!
Additionally, Naumoski says, they have emails & texts messages that show Danielle knew about the tape & was actually all for it!
He says “Any sex tape with Stephen in it was made with her bidding.” Zalewski’s attorney continues that such claims that she didn’t consent or know of such a tape make his client look like an out right criminal.
Naumoski tells us “Danielle Staub constantly makes statements about my client that she knows are false & that continue to damage his reputation. We want to put a stop to it.”
RadarOnline.com also spoke exclusively to Stephen Zalewski himself. He says because of this episode, “I have people come up to me in restaurants telling me I’m going to hell, I’m not a good person. I try to explain to people I didn’t do anything wrong. She would send me video texts of her playing with her self, I have nothing to do with that."
Zalewski goes on to say, “Basically I want her to stop lying and ruining people’s lives, she’s really out of her mind, there’s something wrong with her.
She plays the victim and says everyone is out to get her, but it’s really the other way around.”
