Sandra Bullock is again applying for a temporary restraining order against a man who has been under court order to stay away from her since 2003.
RadarOnline.com has confirmed Bullock went a Los Angeles court on Monday to have Thomas James Weldon restrained.
Bullock did not appear in court.
The actress accused Weldon of following her from Michigan to Texas to California, sent her e-mails and faxes and left voice mail messages.

In 2003, Weldon was ordered to stay at least 200 feet from Bullock.
It’s understood that order expired in June 2009.
Weldon voluntarily entered the Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute in Nashville just before the 2003 order was issued.
