COURT DOCUMENTS: Kelsey Grammer Doesn't Want To Share Frasier Fortune With Estranged Wife

Frasier star Kelsey Grammer has filed legal papers in his divorce case to stop his soon-to-be ex-wife Camille Grammer getting her hands on his earnings from the popular sit-com.

The legal response, which was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court last week and obtained by RadarOnline.com on Wednesday, states that Grammer has “separate property interests in the television series Frasier.”

The documents also reveal that Grammer is dissolving the marriage to former Playboy model Camille due to “irreconcilable differences”. He is asking for joint physical custody of their two children, Mason Olivia, 8, and Jude Gordon, 5.
Despite his television fortune, the former Cheers star does not want to pay spousal support to his third wife, whom he wed in August 1997. Camille was the first to file for divorce on July 1st.
