In a show-stopping breakout of the 19th annual MTV Movie Awards, the fit and fabulous 47-year-old reprised his role as the fat, balding, bad-tempered and foul-mouthed Hollywood producer Les Grossman, who he played in Tropic Thunder.

Cruise kicked off the fan favorite ceremony at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, in a hilarious skit that belittled Twilight hunks Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
He pitched them for a movie "Bad Ass Cops" -- you have got to see the video.
Will Smith and the smaller Smith, 11-year-old Karate Kid star Jaden, also chatted with Grossman. Jaden beat him up. It was a laugh.

But the real stunner was the song-and-dance routine with Jennifer Lopez, who out of nowhere, appeared on stage to join Grossman, aka Cruise.
