In the prank, Piven screams and swears at the intern after the kid escorts Piven to his dressing room backstage at The Tonight Show, and Piven discovers that a plate of sushi has been left in the room.
You'll recall that in late 2008, the Chicago native claimed he was stricken with Mercury poisoning after a bad bout with the Japanese delicacy, which caused him to bow out of a Broadway production of Speed The Plow, and led to a subsequent legal battle between the Entourage star and the play's producers.

After Piven sees the sushi, he rudely confronts the scared intern, saying, "Did you put this here? I had Mercury poisoning, you know?" Piven then unleashes a foul verbal tirade consistent with his arrogant Entourage character.

The poor intern looks like a deer in the headlights as Piven curses up a storm until putting on a happy face for Jay Leno when he stops by Piven's dressing room. As soon as Leno leaves, Piven then continues to lay into the intern, and at one point, he even tosses a cup of water in the intern's face (That’s show biz for ya!).
Eventually, things calm down, and Piven reveals the prank and told the humiliated intern that the entire bit was completely scripted. Then, Piven made up for his the wicked rib by hugging him and offering him a walk-on role on Entourage.
Entourage premieres its 7th season on HBO on Sunday, June 27.
