VIDEO: First Look At Joran Van Der Sloot In Prison

Sometimes you're just in the right place at the right time, as was ABC News reporter John Quinones, who was front-and- center when admitted killer  Joran van der Sloot happened to be trotted out at his new digs, Peru's Miguel Castro Castro prison.

As RadarOnline.com has previously detailed, Van der Sloot, 22, has reportedly confessed to murdering 21-year-old Peruvian business student Stephany Flores  Ramirez  last month, and is also suspected in connection with the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba.

The 6 feet, 4 inch tall Dutch prisoner was clad in an orange polo shirt, khaki pants and no cuffs as he was escorted by authorities through the prison portals. He refused to acknowledge Quinones, who was  shouting  questions about the killing, and his subsequent confession, from afar.

According to Quinones, sources said that van der Sloot is refusing all interviews -- unless he is paid for them, that is.
