Blue wigs, SCRAM suits and flashing hearts covering up private parts? Those were only a few of the style highlights at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Katy Perry shocked on the red carpet, rocking an electric blue wig and neon yellow nail polish with a sheer, embellished Zuhair Murad mini, which barely covered up her assets, changing into shimmering, neon surfer girl getup for her California Gurls performance.

Christina Aguilera looked like an S&M peacock in a super sexy and revealing Atelier Versace gown, upping the shock factor during her onstage performance, changing into an ensemble featuring a flashing heart over her private parts!

Metallic a la mode was popular at the Golden Popcorn awards show, with stars like Kristen Stewart in Dolce & Gabbana, Lindsay Lohan in a Pamela Rolland SCRAM suit and Eva Mendes in a Stella McCartney mini.

Sandra Bullock rocked a sexy backless, shimmering Oday Shakar sleeved cocktail dress with Christian Louboutin heels, while Jessica Biel looked uber fem in a pink, black and white Giambattista Valli from the Spring 2010 collection.
