Redmond O’Neal checked out of rehab on Friday to join his father on a visit to Farrah Fawcett’s grave, to honor the first anniversary of her death.
RadarOnline.com has one of the first photos of the Charlie’s Angel’s star’s troubled son as he returned to Ryan O’Neal’s Malibu home for the graveside vigil. Redmond looked alert and clear-eyed, a refreshing change from the unhealthy appearance he had for so long as a drug addict.

The troubled 24-year-old was ordered into rehab last September following a prison stint stemming from his arrest for the possession of a controlled substance.
He is scheduled to complete the drug ordered rehab program by August 12th, 2010.
