Hollywood’s most eccentric hunk Johnny Depp turns 47 on Wednesday, and RadarOnline.com has a ton of great pictures of the sexy swashbuckler.
Born John Chistopher Depp II in Owensboro, Kentucky, Depp has been on the showbiz scene for more than 25 years.
He was a teen idol in 1985's Private Resort and a bonafide heartthrob in the Fox series 21 Jump Street. He evolved into a thrice-nominated Oscar contender whose versatile performances (ranging from Edward Scissorhands to Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean to Willy Wonka) have won over critics and audiences alike.
And there's plenty more where that came from. The A-lister has some big projects lined up for release next year, including Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and The Tourist, which co-stars Angelina Jolie.
So Happy Birthday Johnny, Hollywood just wouldn’t be the same without you.
