MTV’s Italian stallion was up to his usual antics, flirting with the ladies, signing cleavage and preening for cameramen, when he was presented with a sweet surprise: a birthday cake designed in the image of his oft-displayed torso, complete with his signature abs and boardshorts.
The Sitch's actual birthday, for those of you wondering, is Monday, July 5.
